How long until I can expect my canvas to arrive?
Please allow 21 days for delivery. If you are not in, the courier will leave a card. If you receive a card please contact the courier company in the first instance. Deliveries can arrive at anytime between 9am - 5.30pm, so if you are not in during the day it may be easier to arrange the delivery to be made to your work address.

Do you have a gallery or somewhere I can see examples of the canvas?
We currently show our artists work in Choice Gallery, 1556 Stratford Road, Birmingham, West Midlands, B28 9HA, UK. We are open from 9:00 - 5:00 Weekdays and 10:00 - 5:00 on Saturdays. Appointments are not required although if your would like to see any special pieces 5 days notice is needed.

Can you frame my other images?
Yes, we offer a full framing service for any pre owned or newly purchase objects.

Can you print my own pictures?
Yes, we offer an upload facility where you can submit your own image to add to the uniqueness of your experience.

My picture is not in a digital format?
All you have to do is post it to us at the following address:

As with a digital format the overall size depends on the original size & quality of the image, please contact us for more information.

Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the finished canvas?
We cannot guarantee this as individual monitor settings can vary. If there is a particular colour match you need please contact us for more info (you will need either a pantone or a colour swatch to post to us).

Will my canvas be the same as the image I see online?
Images will vary depending on the size you have ordered due to scale and proportion.

How do I care for my canvas?
To maintain & increase the lifespan of your canvas do not expose it to continuous, strong sunlight or moisture. Do not clean with a wet/damp cloth; a light hoover with the brush attachment will get rid of any dust on the surface.

Do you supply to trade?
Yes, please contact us for our trade prices.

How does the lightbox work?
Just like a shopping trolley at a supermarket, you can put things in your lightbox (by clicking on the ‘add to lightbox’ button) without having to buy them - it is just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in. You are not committed to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through to the order form. If you want to remove something from your lightbox, simply click on the red x next to the item you wish to delete. When you have finished shopping click on the ‘place order’ button, you will then be asked to confirm your order before providing your personal details.

What about my personal details?
Your personal details are essential for the delivery of the items you have ordered. This information is for our records only and can be removed upon written request from yourself.

Which payment/switch/credit cards do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, personal cheques, cash and postal orders are accepted. For personal cheque please note we have to wait 3-4 days for clearance before proceeding with your order.

Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
When entering your personal details you will be given an opportunity to specify whichever delivery address you require.

How much is delivery?
We now offer worldwide delivery, prices as follows:
UK Mainland £25.00 (Minimum charge)
N. Ireland £50.00
Europe, Eire, Channel Isles £100.00
USA, Canada £150.00

By sending us your image, you are automatically acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of this image, or have obtained permission from the copyright owner in written form, which permits us to print it in accordance with your order.

How do I use my discount code?
For any discount offer you should use your unique 6 digit discount code, which should be keyed into the appropriate promotional box at the checkout page. This entitles you to discount off all Gallery and “Your Image” canvases but excludes the delivery charge of £10 and the “Your Image” artwork charges (although you can still claim the discount of the basic canvas price - please call to discuss “Your Image”). Eg. “Your image” on canvas 20x20 ins £50 - £7.50 (15% discount) + £15 (artwork fee) + £10 (delivery) = £67.50
